What do you like to do for fun? Hobbies, being with friends, singing, dancing, enjoying favorite foods such as pizza...all these things and more have one thing in common: God Almighty! He is the source of all fun and good things! As stated in James 1:17, “Every good and perfect gift is from above ….” Bottom line: God is Fun! In this episode, Gwen and Joe help us see that God is personal and interactive, and He and the source of the best ideas! Nothing happens by chance, because God puts us in the places He has chosen so that we can form relationships with those we are near—all so that we will reach out and find Him. Joe loves adventure and has an amazing appreciation for the wildlife and the breathtaking lands God created for man to enjoy. God has used Gwen through the years to show us that He is not the austere, rigid personality that many associate with religion. God loves brownies; God loves to dance; and God enjoys a good time with His people! God is waiting for us to seek Him in prayer for everything, and nothing is more FUN than watching Him answer those requests! God is not far from each one of us, and He is waiting for us to reach out so that we can understand how personal and fun life with God at the center can be! The recipe for life: a perfect mixture of work, play and worship … mix it all together and you, too, will see that F – U – N is the result!
