Welcome to Lesson six of the Breakthrough Series. This lesson is titled, "Don't Focus on the Body." In this lesson, you will learn how to transfer your focus from your physical body over to The Body of Christ. This is the year of the Breakthrough and you will break away from the lies that hold you in a bondage to focus on self. The class is primarily about returning to the basics of eating like a thin eater eats. A segment is dedicated to showing how Gwen Shamblin Lara, a thin eater for decades now, navigates through a day with tasks and feeding the body when it calls for food. She takes us through her day with meals and the portions of food that she has found nourish her body. You will receive teaching on how to advance God's agenda and feel free from sinful choices.
