In this lesson, you will not only learn how to refocus your desires to fit within God's boundaries, but you'll also learn how to take the necessary physical steps to push away all temptation from overeating. Learn the importance of portion control by cutting your food in half, regardless of what is served. Learn how to associate overeating, or binge eating, with greed. Learn how to fight back the temptation to eat when you are not hungry.
More importantly, learn how, by following God's guidelines, you can feel completely free from the slavery of food, and never experience any more guilt or shame!
