This festive season is a time for fellowship and parties, showing honor to those who imitate the example of Jesus Christ—not only at the commemoration of His birth, but every day, all year long! If you have ever participated in a Weigh Down class, you have benefitted from a selfless group of saints contributing to every aspect of the ministry: from steering to marketing to outreach to production, most operating completely behind the scenes. Join Gwen and Joe as they host the Weigh Down office party, showing their appreciation for these amazing friends and families! This season also marks the observance of the Festival of Lights, a centuries-old Jewish tradition of recounting the story of the Maccabees while also honoring those who live as lights in this present age. The Christmas season is a beautiful time of year, and this episode of “Life with Gwen and Joe” is a snapshot of their time spent with gracious hearts and loving friends, celebrating the opportunity we all have to live in a way that reflects the life of Jesus Christ, born on this earth to set an example that we all can follow!
